Bands and projects I have featured in, both current and previous. In addition to the sequential bands below, I have also worked as a stand-in drummer for numerous bands, such as 1349 (black metal), Mathias Eick Quintet (jazz), Moe (post rock) and Hanne Hukkelberg (Indie/jazz/pop).

2008 -
Americana/psychedelia pop. Joined the lineup for his first recording as a solo artist.

2010 -
Started as a commission for Kongsberg Jazz Festival in 2010, but has turned into a touring band.


Grand General

2010 -
Jazz/rock/prog band initially named "Kenneth Kapstad Group", put together for Trondheim Jazzfest 2010.


Animal Alpha

2006-2007
Metal act from Oslo. Toured with them for almost two years and recorded one album.

Dadafon

2003-2004
African inspired pop. Joined with them in 2003 and recorded their third album and toured with them till late 2004.

Folk rock/metal act. I joined them after their second studio album, toured for about a year and released a live album/DVD.
